* Can I color your Hair?

Yes. 7Strands hair is 100% unprocessed hair that can be colored and or bleached any level desired. However when coloring hair we recommend that you consult with a professional.

 

* Does your Hair require maintenance?  

Absolutely, treat this hair like your own hair. Use good quality shampoo and conditioning products. (Opalex, Pantene, or straight request black carbon 500 recommended)

Conditioning your hair is very important to keep it soft and manageable. We recommend using a deep conditioner on your hair once per week, but avoid using oil or heavy styling products. 

 

* How long will this hair last? 

With good maintenance, this hair can last a lifetime. We put no expiration date on our hair. Please treat this hair as your own. Please remember that excessive heat and/or color can/will result in the reduction of its natural pattern of the hair.

 

* Does this hair shed?

Any hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding. To help with shedding each raw bundle is double wefted. However, to prevent any and all shedding we recommend that your stylist upon the installation, stitch and knot AROUND the weft and not through the weft of the tracks (if a sewin install is being done). This will definitely help prevent shedding. Remember, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

SHIPPING

 

 

We ship same day if ordered by 5pm EST. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 1-3 business days. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.

During Sales, orders orders can take 24-48HRS to process before shipping.

7STRANDSRAWEXTENSIONS isn’t responsible for any lost items. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. 7STRANDSRAWEXTENSIONS does not hold responsibility for packages after they have been shipped. All packages require a signature at delivery.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

If an order is placed on a national holiday or after 4 p.m. EST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped the following business day.
